Spyware Removal
Ability:
SpywareBot has been the most disappointing with our reviews. It seemed to do evrything as competently as our other review products only a little slower. It has a good anti Hi-Jack defender and it's cookie and pop up blockers are equally as good as anything else we have tested. However we don't like to recommend something that we are not entirely happy with and with some discussion amongst ourselves we decided not to recommend this one because of the uninstall problem (which could be something we have done wrong ourselves - but it should be straight forward)!
Ease of Use:
It's
has an "easy to use" interface identifying 'problem files' right from the initial
scan to the final Spyware and Adware Indentification Report. SpywareBot is designed for beginners.
Customer Support:
SpywareBots has an online Live Chat facility which should mean that most issues get sorted quickly and efficiently- We didn't test the support for SpywareBot as we decided not to recomend this product - providing only our review to you

SpywareBot is one which we have reviewed and are not recommending although it has some good features.

SpywareBot is becoming a more popular Spyware and Adware Remover. It is a much more recent product but not as good as our other recommendations in our test. In fact we have reservations in recommending this one as we had difficulty removing the files for the next test!
However we have included SpywareBot because it has a Hi-Jack defender and its cookie eliminator will run in the background.
It's been around since 2007 and it's a very popular Spyware Removal Tool so it warranted a review and it has had mixed reviews.
