Spyware Removal
Ability:
This is a good program - but not as good as SpywareRemover.
The claim of a 30 second scan is true - but there's nothing unusual in
that as most decent spyware programs will do one that quickly. The
difference that separates good spyware removers from great ones is what
is picked up in that scan as a potential threat. This is where
AdwareBot is not as good as some of the other recommendations. It took
two scans before we were sure we had all the spyware and adware found.
The quarantining and removal of the malware was straighforward and
efficient! Although the test PC was faster after the elimination of the
malware -it wasn't as fast as Xoftspy SE.
As with most popular spyware it identifies,isolates and then
eliminates the problem files. This software is good and keeps you in
control of the spyware elimination process by allowing YOU to
quarantine suspicious files before eliminating them!
Our test with AdwareBot has proven that it can "identify,
Isolate and Eliminate" Spyware, Adware and Trojans with accuracy after
the scan and elimination there was an improvement in the PC
performance. Effective but not as good as SpywareRemover and others
we have reviewed so it gets our #5 vote!

Ease of Use:
It's
has an "easy to use" interface.. It identifyies 'problem files' right
from the initial scan to the final Spyware and Adware Indentification
Report. AdwareBot is also designed for beginners - so it's fairly
simple to use effectively!
Customer Support: 
AdwareBot
support includes an online Live Chat facility which is available from
5am to 11 pm 7 days a week which means most issues get sorted quickly
and efficiently.

does what it says it will do! and is an effective way to" Identify
and Eliminate" Spyware on your PC.

It has an excellent cookie eliminator which is integrated with the main search and quarantine actions.
When we tested it it removed the spyware and adware we placed in the PC very efficiently! Out test PC was only noticably faster after the scan and malware elimination.
